More about the School Organizational Team (2023-2024)
As part of the reorganization of the Clark County School District, Eisenberg ES will form a School Organizational Team each school year that includes administration, parents and guardians, teachers and support staff. Parents and guardians will be elected by a vote of all parents and guardians at the school. Your input is important to the success of our school and students. Please take time to consider how you can be involved in this process and make your voice heard!

Participating promotes, supports and builds parent leadership to improve outcomes for all Eisenberg students.
What is the role of the School Organizational Team?
- Provide input on the school performance plan and budget.
- Provide continued advice to the principal in carrying out the school plan.
- Assist with the selection of the next principal when there is a vacancy.
What are the requirements of Team members?
- Attending training and meetings beginning October, 2023.
- Serve on the team through September 30, 2024, unless your child no longer attends the school.
- Attend meetings at least once per month, outside of school hours.
- Make decisions with the whole school population in mind.
- Work collaboratively and attempt to reach consensus with the team.

- Nominations will be held from Thursday, September 7th - Thursday, September 14, 2023.
- You may nominate yourself or another parent or legal guardian by clicking this link: forms.gle/WoqtiTBv5Y2GLbcY6
- We will verify with those nominated by another parent/guardian if they would like to accept the nomination. Nominations must be submitted by September 14, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.
Parent Representative Voting Date
- Elections will take place on Friday, September 15th.
